Question: hello, i'm trying to do the best I can for my whole body including hair, skin, nails. I am taking vitamins to help me along the way, I was wondering if I am consuming enough?Or too much? I am also following a low carbohydrate way of life so need more vitamins/minerals. Currently taking: msm 750mg twice daily (help hair and joints) evening primrose oil 1000mg (womens pains!) ferrous sulphate 200mg (i'm anaemic) essensial omega's capsule (which includes):(borage, flax seed, fish oil, gelatin, glycerol, vitamin e preperation, as d-alpha tocopherol, vegetable oil, delta tocopherol, gamma tocopherol, beta tocopherol) ultimate oil:(includes)vitamin e, alpha-linolenic acid linolenic acid, oleic acid, lecithin, gamma linolenic acid cod liver oil 410mg vitamin e

Active User, very eHealthy
Instead of wasting money on loads of supplements, go buy lower calorie and lower carb foods and eat like a normal person. Excercise and food will help you to live a much happier and healthy life.

All of the supplements you are taking can be super dangerous if taken in what the industry calls "mega" doses. Very bad for you and these companies will make and sell the stuff if the people keep buying it.
