I often feel really tired in the morning and sometimes I have problemsjust getting out of bed before 11am. Don't feel like eating a lot for breakfast. I knowihave social anxiety, which i've had to some degree since I was 11. Andit won't go away.Ever! Don't feel like talking to a psychologist helps. It only helps me getting aware of what problems I have, not what to do about them. Now i'm worried that im developing a depression too. I feel sad a lot. I have low self esteem. I don't know who to talk to. I'm afraid that people aregoing to find out that I am totally insecure and think that I am an fool. What am I going to do? Where do I start? Will my problems ever go away?

Hi megan,
start with your doctor. There are many good medications out there that can help you with both depression and social anxiety. I used to be so embarassed to ask a doctor for an anti-depressant, but not anymore. It's my body, I pay the doctor to help me, so help me. They have to keep your medical history confidential so don't worry there.

I know how you feel - I can be a lion on the outside if I want to be, but actually i'm just a little kitten inside. :) you can do it.
