Is it possible to get some virus or disease that you normally get from sex without having sex? I am a virgin and I have these weird things near my testicles and at the back of my thigh.

It looked as if though small and thin strips of fat had disappeared under the skin. The back of my thigh look like they have blue veins. When I took too long in the shower, the skin would become very sensitive. If I rub at those areas, it would be very painful.
