Hey, i'm 16 years old, and recently had a
ct scan done to diagnose two lumps on my
neck (one on my neck, one under my chin).
I've noticed them for clsoe to a year now,
and they ha ven't seem to have gotten any
larger.
I haven't really had any obvious signs of
cancer (other than the lumps)..I'm active,
energetic, I eat just fine, I do alot of
activities, and just last night I was able
to wrestle (and win :d ..Mostly) with my
dad (who is a pretty tough guy).
We got a call today, saying that the
doctor wanted to see me (and my dad
too..Maybe cuz i'm under 18?), on friday
at 8:30 (which is a day n a half from
today). Do yout hink they found something
cancerous on the scan??? Or maybe they
just wanna go over results?? I'm so
scared. If anyone could offer me anything
at all..I'd appreacite it. Do they only
call in when something is wrong??
Another thing, it's to see my doctors
father (he's a do, his father is an md).
I know his (pa-c) isn't going to be in
next week, and the doctore (do) is usually
booked for a bit. So maybe it's just
because of that??
I've never been this scared in my life.
It's hard to even eat right now.
