Hi, I don't know if i've got a problem or not. I eat non stop even if i'm full, and sometimes feel sick but keep eating. It's mostly junk like crisps and chocolate, and can eat a mulitpack in one go, or 4 plates of chips at lunch. I can't seem to help myself.
The weird thing about my case though, is that I only weigh 6st 6lb. I am 15 and 5"4. I have no signs of bad eating like spots, so I have no motive to stop eating.
Some people may think im lucky that I can eat crap and stay thin, but I hate it, and I don't know what to do about my binge eating. I feel bloated alot of the time, and I do little excersise.
Does anyone have a similar problem or know of something that will help? All suggestions appreciated!
Binge eating and sufferers of it generally also have associated symptoms such as:
purging, guilt and no control.
Meaning, they can not stop eating, feel bad about it and then throw it up.
What you seem to have is just an appetite for food. The skinny thing is a mixture of numerous factors such as metabolism and what not. -shrug- but I don't know you enough to make such hasty decisions about you, so please don't take any offense.
I never feel guilty, just bloated and horrible. I say I won't do it again, but I do, and I think its just the tastes I like or something. Because I have been so slim I think I feel I can get away with it beucase I am not putting on weight, but I worry that I will soon....Hmmm
No offense (again) but there is way to many people here who are skinny and throw up or have issues with food. In a way your post is kinda taunting others who want to eat or eat normally but throw up...
I know I wish I had your sorta of body even though i'm a guy but you know what I mean.
Nip it in the butt now, reduce the foods you eat, you'll put on weight (naturally) overtime and if you control your eating i.E eat veggies and fruit etc whilst doing exercising you aint gunna be over weight.
