My tongue is numb and the right side of my face feels numb. My tongue has been numb for the past 3 days and my face just started today. What could it possibly be.

A neurological examination can indicate a possible malfunction of the Trigeminal Nerve. If a neurological check is OK, then you are probably experiencing this symptom due to stress, which is understandable given your Pre-Existing Condition: Depression.
