I've have started the frequent and heavy use of adderall I know the consequences and side effects but just don't know how to quit. Does any one have any suggestions on how to slow down the quitting process and also avoid the withdrawal.

Thanks

How many milligrams per day are you taking and are you prescribed it for any reason? If not I would say just slowly cut your doses down day by day until your not really taking any as quitting adderrol cold-turkey is going to be pretty shitty. I'm not encouraging the use of other drugs but you might want to try something thats not physically addictive to kind of ease your way through it.

If you are prescribed it I would cut down to what you're supposed to be taking and then maybe talk to your doctor about another alternative medication, but eh, that doesn't sound like the case here so...
