Hey everyone! How are you all? I thought it would be a good idea to start an online weight lose journal. If I do this, I feel I will be more likely to succeed in my weight lose efforts because I know that you will all be reading. I'v tried keeping my own private wieght lose journal but they never last... So I am going to try this. Okay, I am 19 years old, I am 5'6 and weigh 176lbs. I would like to lose 35lbs, and get back down to my pre pregnancy weight. My baby is 5 months old and it is about time that I lost that extra weight. My plan is to eat healthy (no sweets, and not to many carbs), work out twice a day (once at the gym and once at home doing pilates). I hope this will work! If any of you have any suggestions or tips for me, please share!

breakfast: bowl of fruit
lunch: lean cusiun and light fat free chips (one serving)
snack: banana
dinner: three cheese chicken with noodles, green beans and corn.
Drinks: just water
I worked out at the gym and I am going to do my pilates before bed.
The fist day is never very hard. It will get harder when the weekend rolls around and I am tempted to go out to eat. I hope and pray that I can lose this weight! I feel good about today... I hope tomorrow will go this well!
