I had similar started in my late 20's. Caused by stress and hormonal. Drs were never much bothered. Did eventually go away sort of late 30's. I tried everything to no avail. Sorry!!

Dude. Alcohol? Thast like one of the worst things to put near acne, it inflames it and makes it worse.

I used to have acne really bad on my back. What worked for me is anti-bacterial soap every day and make sure you always sleep in clean clothes or sheets. I havent had one pimple on my back for years and I dont have to follow the regimen religiously anymore, so once it is gone-it doesnt really come back
