My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for almost 5 years now and I just found that I have love estrogen. I am almost 27, over weight and want children. Would having the low estrogen cause me to not have children. I am trying to lose weight because I know that will help me out in long wrong. If it is the cause what can I do to get my estrogen higher. Is there anything I can ask my doctor to give me. I dont know what to do. Please help me figure out what is going on.

Thanks

Low Hormone Levels
Hi there.
I also have low hormone levels (the doctor said pretty non-existent in fact!). My periods havent been right for 5 yrs since I came off the pill. I am 27, underweight and would like children in a yr or 2 yrs time and am very scared. The doctor is referring me to a gynacologist to address the problem. I had heard about hormone injections but as yet dont know alot about it. Would love to hear some feedback on this.

Talked to a Doctor
I talked to a doctor today and have to go and see a fertility specialist because I have been having these problems. He said they will give me a pill that will straighten out my estrogen and help with the ovulation problem. I have to go on the 19th to see that doctor so I hope everything goes good. My husband and I are hoping for the best. I hope everything works for you too and good luck.
