This could be lots of things, hormonal, worry/stress about being pregnant(even if you don't feel you're worried it's normal to be) or a problem but if it continues see your Dr. Any concerns during pregnancy are better dealt with than worried about!! Better for you & the baby!!

Good luck & if you have any problems feel free to email me.

I am 24 weeks pregnant with my second child. I think I know what your experiencing. Is it a crampy feeling? If so, it's your uterus contracting. All that means is your body is getting ready for your new baby. You will feel this through your first trimester and sometimes again in your third trimester. Tylenol may help ease the pain.

I Am Still Worried
I am still scared and I don't like the feeling that I am having I have one child already and I didn't ever feel anything like this with him and I asked my doctor and he said the same thing but is it normal when it is all the time? And in the vagianl area and bellybutton? And is it safe to take tylanol during pregnancy? It has been three years since my firsts son so I forgot everything that I could take.

Breeze,

i have 2 children a girl (15) & a boy (Cool & 2 more different pregancies & births (different in every way, cravings or none, kicking or not!! - my son was very lazy!!, nausea or not etc etc no contractions at all for him & wham bam i'm here for her) would be hard to find. My point is that what you experienced last time may be nothing like what you experience this time.

You do seem to be very stressed (i suspect this is made worse by having to chase after a toddler!!!!) & this could be the cause of your pains. Tylenol shouldn't hurt either you or the baby but only use it if the pain is bad enough, otherwise it won't be any use if you suffer bad pain later, personally, i'd try trying to get some rest (is there anyone who can care for your son for a couple of hours a day?) because if this is caused by stress/worry then rest may be the best cure.

Try not to stress too much about this for it's not healthy for the baby. Besides if your doctor doesn't seem to concerned about it, well you probably shouldn't either. Purple333 is right, every pregnany is different. With my first son, I felt alot of the cramping your experiencing. With this pregnany I haven't had much of it at all. A warm bath might help. Make sure it's not too hot though. They say if you get over heated your blood pressure rises and that's not good for the baby. Tylenol is safe to take. I had the flu a few weeks ago and I could only take tylenol to relieve the pain. Not extra strength though. Excersise could help. Hope you start feeling better. Pregnany is supposse to be an exciting time, try not to worry.
