This has been a very weird month!!!

I have been having dark brown discharge all except one week last month!! And that was the week after my period. I have to wear a pad everyday because it is staining my underwear.

I often get brown discharge around a week before my period or for a day or too in the middle of my cycle (assumed it was ovulation) but not for 2 1/2 wks straight.

My normal period still hasnt arrived yet, should be sometime this week i'm guessing!!

Any suggestions on what it might be!!?

I would go see a doctor on that one. Sounds like it might be some kind of infection maybe. I dont really know, but I think you should see a dr right away.

Really????

Really???? The worst part about that is by the time I get an appointment it will probably go away and then i've just wasted $50.

Brown, thick discharge usually means that the blood in your uterine is sitting there longer than usually and so instead of the bright menstrual blood you usually see, you get this thick, brown smears that are being discharge. Think about what happens to blood when it dries up and what color it turns? If you feel that it is more than that, definitely consult your doctor, but the probability that some blood remaining in your uterus has just lingered a lilltle while and is releasing is a better bet. Hope this helps.

I have been bleeding dark blood for a month!

I'm on the nuva ring and sometimes i may go months without a period. Now, i have been bleeding dark blood for a month. Anyone experienced this before? Got a dr. appt monday.

I'm on nuva ring

got a full week of my period on the 4th of April. Started having on the 18th what I thought was spotting at first.It's now the 29th and it's brown and grose. Supposed to take out ring tomorrow which means I get to keep having this? this is my third month on the ring. Could I have an std? I did break up with my boyfriend within the last week for cheating.
