Q: Tiny Pimple Things

Right on the end of the foreskin, they are barely noticeable.

I know its hard without pics, but does anyone know what they are??

I have a white like pimple thing on my scrotom. Its a cyst. Doctor said dont worry about it

Theres a possibilty that these pimples are sebecious glands just swolen I have these on my penis and scrotum its called sebecious prominence or froycde spots nothing to worrie baout but not curible, they might get worse

They are usually just that, pimples or the like. Everyone gets them, and they're nothing to worry about. Using a good soap and cleaning the area well, might also help to reduce them.

Like yeah ive started thoroughly cleaning it and it doesnt seem so bad anymore and I think its stopped spreading ill report back in a few weeks.
