Hi i'm almost 16 and I have a problem. My head is constantly shaking, it won't stop and I can't control it. Its been happening for about 2 months now and it seems to be getting worse. I don't have any history of this happening before but for as long as I can remember I have had a shaking in my hands. Its notciable in face to face conversations. I havn't been to a doctor yet to find out what it might be so if someone could please tell me what it is and how to stop the shaking it would be greatly appreciated.
