My daughter is 10 months old and still wakes 2-3 times on a night usually for a bottle of formula. She has 3 meals a day plus 2 bottles but the night waking is killing me as I am 37 weeks pregnant with my second.
My doctor said give her water but she becomes distressed, starts crying and usually wakes herself right up.
Any suggestions how I can get a good nights sleep?
