Q: Help!! Period And Pregnant???
asked by: MV23rox on January 1st, 2006

Well last night you could say this friend raped me and I was on my period and I had a tampon in. He told me he went in me and I freaked out and pulled out the tampon and wiped myself off with the sheets. I didn't get the morning after pill because i'm not old enough to get one and my mom would kill me if I told her what had happened. I'm not sure if i'm pregnant and i'm still currently on my period but I am very light. I stop bleeding in two or three days. I would like to know....Is there still a high risk of me being pregnant???? And what should I do????

I posted in the other one you poested on but your chances on getting pregnant are low but still possible.. And I don't hitnk you need parent concent at most planned parenthoods to get a morning after pill.... And i'm very sorry to hear what happened.. :(

Yes you do not need parental consent at planned parenthood for morning after pill, or birth control! And many planned parenthoods give these services for free to teens, because they know few teens make a lot of money. What state do you live in?

No you do not have to bring your mom with you at all. You do need to get there though..So hopefully you have a friend who drives.. 13 year olds get birth control and morning after pill from planne dparenthood without consent.
Call them and explain that your mom cannot know, and that you have very little money.. They usually offer a sliding scale fee program. The main thing is call tommorow. 40$ is what I have seen at regular pharmacies, some are cheaper... It is more difficult to get pregnant on your period though...

Planned parenthood should administer the morning after pill.... Did you call planned parenthood? Or a crisis pregnancy center? Call 1-800-230 plan follow the directions.. They will ask you to dial a number on your phone so that they can connect you to the one closest to you. I always dial a friends number because my area code on my cell is different. I am gonna send you a pm too to help you....

Private message. Planned aprenthood is pretty mush the only place you wouldbe able to get it. I know it is a far drive..But it's worth it. You can get birth control too .

I don't think i'm pregnant and I think that i'm just freaking out for nothing...Carifairy..I think you are pretty much right...The nurse at the clinic said that I was ok too...So I guess I should wait and give it time and wait for 2 weeks and take a pregnancy test..But also around that time I will be ovulating.

Yes.. During your period is a time you are least likely to actually get pregnant. I am sure you will be fine..
After you ovulate it takes two weeks to get a period, and your egg has already died by then. Women ovulate at different times, some have 28 day cycles, some 15, some 35.... But all women will have a period 2 weeks after they ovulate.

to Everyone...
I am not pregnant!! : ) i'm soooo happy!!! It's been 2 weeks and I took the test today and it turned out negative. I don't think I will ever be doing anything that stupid in a loooooong time. It's definately not worth it. This is definately a lesson for me. I just want to thank everyone for the help and support.
