Q: White Bumps Under Skin?

Hello everyone,

i have had acne ever since I was 13 or so, alot of it disappeared about a year or two ago (im 19 now). Right now I get an odd pimple here and there but nothing that is too inflamed.

What I am beginning to get worried about are these white (almost translucent) bumps which are scattered along my whole face. I thought they were whiteheads but I am told that I was wrong in this case, they seem to be slightly bigger in size but smaller in height.

If I move my finger along my skin I can feel every one of the bumps from my face. When I stretch my skin it appears to be more visible. I normally wouldnt worry about it because its not too visible (in themselves, despite me having it along my whole face), however i'd still like the idea/thought of having clear skin. Especially because my face seems to be very oily throughout the day.. :|

any ideas? (i currently wish that I had my digital camera with me but I dont - cant get any pictures).
