Hi, im 14 years old.

Today I realised that I had 2 lumps on my neck on the right side, 1 of the lumps is about 2 inches wide and about 3cm thick, the other one is very small around 2/3m but im not sure what to do and im not sure what it is and what I could do, im very nervous and scared not knowing what it is, and I think one of the lumps is connected to an archery , ive been feeling very dizzy,weak and things I just wondered what I could do?

My gran who im staying with suggested it was swoulen glandz. Or puberty im not to sure what it is. :( I realy hope someone can provide me with some information


please post some suggestions.
