I want to loose my thighs and my stomach I weigh 126 and I am 14 years old.How do I loose my weight these two parts of my body.I have tried hard.

Cardio workouts would work. Or you can take weight classes like aerobics, gym, or weight training, if your school provides them. I'm also focusing on those parts of my body, but now i'm just toning my thighs more cause i've already lost the weight in them. Running can also help your thighs/legs i've noticed. If you make working out a routine i'm sure you'll see results somewhat in a month.
