I'm concerned, my friend claims she has a stomache ulcer yet she drinks many alcohalic beverages, lots of coffey, and smokes ciggarettes. She claims all the time she pukes up blood, but yet her doctor has not perscribed a perscription for her. I was wondering if you have a stomache ulcer and your puking up blood wouldn't you be really sick or like weak since your internally bleeding? I am not sure to believe my friend because after the "servere blood puking" she was pretty energetic. She is also 19 years old.

More than likely, if you have alittle blood in your puke you might have a bleeding ulser. They have meds that can take care of this but your friend needs to lay off the sauce for awhile. If your friend is puking large amounts of blood they are either looking for attention or had better get to a doctor
