My wife had keyhole hysterectomy (uterus and cervixon only remeoved) on the 05 dec 05, after light exercise on boxing day,she was getting in our vehicle and felt a small tear inside her abdomen (left) the following morning she noticed pink blood (half tea spoons worth) from her vagina when wiping herself. She is still noticing blood on her tissue, she is worried that it is fresh blood and not old. Can anyone advise :?

Yes, she needs to see her doctor.
You only get one chance to heal after a hysterectomy and that should be taken slow and steady.
What are you classing as light exercise?
3 weeks post hyst she should be taking it very steady indeed a couple of 5 minutes walks a day and being pampered.
