Has anyone ever had a torn abdominal muscle? I think I have one and the muscle has detached from rib area. My left rib is "swollen" and where the muscle is, is very tender. I have seen gi and ruled out gastro issues. Trying to get in to see orthopedic doc. Can anyone vouch for the disabling pain? Healing time? Wrap it? Or not wrap it?
