I want to loose my thighs and my stomach I weigh 126 and I am 14 years old.How do I loose my weight these two parts of my body.I have tried hard.

Running is probably the best way to lose weight. Cycling might also help you with your thighs. It's going to take time though. Be sure to cut out all the extras (ie: snacks) and things like pop when possible; water is always important.

Make sure you do an exercize that keeps your heartrate over 24 beats. Preferibly 26-28 and make sure its for 20 mins, 3 times/week

30 minutes, and you probably wouldn't be doing so hot if your heart rate was only at 24 beats a minute. The average resting heart rate (60-90 beats per minute) is what you should raise your heart rate above.
