Q: My Shoulder Won't Work

I fell a week ago and my shoulder came out of the socket but it slipped back in. Now I can't raise my arm at all. I can swing it back and forth but that's about all. I went and got it xrayed and they said nothing was broken or out of place but why wont it work? I have slight upper arm pain but no pain in the actual shoulder.
