I read that eating prunes helps your reproductive system get bigger. Is this true, if not... Is there any foods that help make your organs enlarge?
And what is up with tha kegel exercises for men. Do they work?? Anybody with answers, give me some feed back.

No. The only proven way to enlarge your penis is by surgery, and that is not always 100% effective. Don't waste your time or money.
