Dear kim
if all the hospital investigation results are negative, then you could be prone to anxiety which can give similar symptoms.
To reduce anxiety attacks, caffeine should be totally avoided, not even one cup a day.
Caffeine is found in teas, coffee, and colas etc. Caffeine can stimulate your brain to cause anxiety as well. Avoid other people's cigarette smoke. I presume you do not smoke yourself. Cigarette smoke may stimulate anxiety as well.
Dehydration, & lack of sleep as mentioned before are unnecessary forms of stress that worsens anxiety too
imagine yourself as a marathon runner. You have a marathon to run, the marathon is necesary, you don't have a choice. But you can hydrate yourself and get sufficient sleep, so that you can run your race feeling fit and without problems. Life is a marathon. Job stress, family stress cannot be wished away. But with hydration and enough sleep, you can tide through whatever life throws at you.
To handle stress, focus on the finishing line. Do not worry about things that have little consequence.
Diet is important too. Go for unrefined carbohydrates, vegetables, fruits and limit meat intake. High sugar foods and refined carbo tend to stimulate the mind to think and worry a lot too.
Light exercise helps to release endorphins to help the body relax. A walk in the park daily will certainly help.
Health should be easy and fuss free. Hope the above advice helps.
