Hi all I got this episode where I felt fine absolutly normal then all of a sudden it felt like all the blood in my body has rushed to my head and I feel like i'm going to faint although I never have,my heart starts to beat really fast followed by feeling like im going to be sick although again I never have been. It comes out of nowhere and lasts for only 1-5 minuets at most it hasnt happend for about four months but last night I just got one out of the blue and it I get them when im sitting or standing. I've been feeling really emotional and stressed out lately, but when this happens I feel quite relaxed and calm i've already been to see and eye doctor, nurse and hospital doctor who tell me the symptoms I have sound stress related just wanted to know if anyelse gets theses moments as they can be very scary when they come on although like I said I have never actually fainted or been sick whilst experiencing them. Any feedback would be much appreciated, thankyou xxx

Hi...I too get those feelings..I have been experiencing gallbladder problems since march, my dr thinks its anxiety making me feel like that though...Like you, I can be sitting there doing nothing and all of a sudden I get lightheaded and nauseated, feeling like im going to hit the floor, my heart racing, scaring the heck out of me.....I went to the emergency room and had a cat scan done, had an ekg done too and they came back fine..So im guessing maybe it is just anxiety..Now when it happens I try to talk myself through it, staying calm, just repeating, your fine, your heart is fine, your head is fine....Seems to help...Good luck...:-)
