Q: Throbbing Pain

Hi there,

recently, I have been experiencing throbbing pain at the left side of my body, from my heart I think.

What causes this? Is this some kind of early sign of heart attack or heart disease?

I don't have a family history of heart problem.

I started jogging only recently after being couch potato for many years.
