Q: ? About Disease And Faithfulness

I just recently found out that I got a disease called molluscum contagiosum and where it is on my body it had to have been sexually transmitted to me. I was just wondering if anyone else had ever had this and if so do you know if the only way my boyfriend could have gotten it is by cheating on me? I hate to be naive about it. We have both supposedly been faithful to each other for a year now. I just want to know if he woud have absolutly had to have sex with someone else to have given it to me?

Hi gina,

molluscum contagiosum is a sexually transmitted disease and is usually contracted by close contact with an infected person. It has been known to be spread also by sharing towels with an infected person.

Good luck
