I've been experiencing pain during urination since the age of thirteen, though exploratory surgery turned up zero results. The doctors told me that the pain I was experiencing was most likely urethral spasms and that there was nothing I could do about it. Over the years, the pain experienced during urination turned into pleasure bordering on orgasm, and now, at the age of eighteen, I have an orgasm every time I urinate. Recently during non-urinary related orgasm yellow beads no larger than a grit have been turning up in my ejaculate. When I urinate, I do not experience this. I believe the beads could be hardened clots of urine, but i'm not in any profession to judge something like this and I don't feel that it's important enough to take up with a doctor. Does anybody know anything about this? I want to know if the beads are harmful or the result of something potentially hazardous to my health.

I'm no doc, but I have had that off and on for years...I think it is coagulated seminal fluid...Depending on your diet, and level of nutrition, it could signal you might need more zinc in your diet. If it continues or hurts, could be a prostate infection...See what happens and check with a doc if it does not improve.

What a prize to be able to orgasm each time you urinate....

but in all honesty, this is not a good thing. The fact that you have these "clots" could be a sign of a kidney or bladder problem (ie: kidney/bladder stones). Additional infections could also occur. It might also be a prostate problem as jgp suggested.

Is it difficult for you to pass urine? Are you able to completely empty your bladder when you urinate? (ie: do you soon have the need to urinate again?)

i think you should really go and see a doctor. I don't want to make you nervous, as these are just possibilities, but it's better to be safe than sorry.

I'm able to completely empty my bladder and I do not have problems with flow. Do you really think there could be something wrong with my prostate? There's a history of prostate problems that runs with males on my mother's side of the family. I think 18 might be a little young, though. I've only ejaculated twice since i've started to notice these "beads" and they've been present both times. I think i'll wait a week and see what happens before I see a doctor.

I'm experiencing the same condition. There is a small amount of yellowish globby stuff mixed in with the ejaculate and orgasm seems to be "thwarted" a bit by a very mild burning/painful sensation.

I've experienced the same condition several years ago when I began taking propecia, I stopped the medication immediately & it went away.

I've recently been taking an additional multivitamin containing ginkobiloba & other "mood stimulators" which i've also stopped taking a few days ago, i'm assuming it's causing this problem again...

Incidentally i'm on a small daily dose of prozac & have been for several years, it doesn't seem to have any affect on orgasm or the quality of semen. Perhaps a mixture of these vitamins & medications exacerbate this problem?

How often do you ejaculate? If you don't ejaculate often, old semen is often routed out with urine flow.
