My wife and I are considering invitro and were curious if I have genetal herpes, can I spread it to her or the embryo through sperm if I am not having an outbreak?

I dont think it is possible to get it that way. 99% sure.

But if the mom has it, or in outbreak could pass to baby when in labor. Just let them know, and if they see fit the might do c/section. My daughter has .H.P.V and they allowed her to give birth vaginally. So I guess it depends.
