Q: Acne On Chest...

Since my teenage years, (i'm 30 now)...I have had a patch of acne right in the middle of my chest....And it goes into a straight line down close to my belly button...I wash my chest alot...Why does this happen?
Most of it are the pre-zit bumps....Blackheads....Every now and then, some will turn into full red zits..

That is probably not acne. Perhaps keloid scars.
