My girlfriend has noticed the difference recently, and come to think of it I kind of noticed it about a year and a half ago. I've cheaked them the right way and there are no abnormal lumps and bumps, and they dont hurt. Help, need alittle advice before I book a docs appointment

It's normal for one to be bigger than the other to some extent. Just go get it checked out, it's the best thing you can do.
