There are hundred's of different strains of .H.P.V
they either cause abnormal paps, and eventually lead to cervical cancers or they have manifestations of warts. It is not curable, but can be treated to prevent cervical cancer or to remove the warts. Men do get both and the only way a man knows he has them is by getting the warts. There is a test that can possible find it if testing his sperm. He is also incurable if he has it, and if he has no warts he will not know, so it just keeps getting more wide spread. It is very common now, to have .H.P.V but none the less, it is still incurable. My daughter got from a boy who still swears he doesnt have it. But still continues to engage in umprotected sex.
It is not so common to spread it if you use a condom, but it is still possible for the warts may appear on the pubic mound, and condom dont cover that. It can also be spread by oral sex. That is about all I know about it.
