Ok, not sure if this is the right place for this, but il ask anyways. First off, here is some background info on me..

Im 5`11, and on septermber 29th, I was 245 pounds. My weight loss was going greatly, I was stuck at 220 for about 2 weeks earlier in december, and finnaly broke through it, and got down to 219 on tuesday. Wednesday, I had this party I went to, and it was my first un clean cheat meal for a very long day.. And boy did I pig out, most food iv eaten for a very long time. Anyways, I ussualy dont check the scale like this (ussualy I do once per week), but since xmas was nearing, and I wanted to makre 216 by xmas, I checked the next day, justt o see. And yeserday, the scale read at 225, and today at 224.

What is up with that? Why is my weight fluctuating like that? No way could I of possibly ate 5 pounds of food that day....

Most of that is probably water weight.
Remember to gain one pound you'd have to eat 3500 calories more then what you'd normally eat. To gain one pound you'd have to eat about 5500calories. To gain 5 you'd have to eat 25,000 calories. Unlesss you ate pure chocolate fudge all day.
Drink a lot of water and exercise, weight yoursel in a couple days. I bet your still down to 219
