I've got the same problem, check my topic about it, and see if it matches up.

I'd really like to get rid of this.

same. noticed it was more prevalent when using dust masks and covering my face at night with hands and blankets. tried an antifungal cream 3 months ago and had immediate relief. Have tried many things over the years. im guessing some sort of fungal thing lives in the nasal passages and spreads onto the face in the warm moist conditions created by me covering my face. please check with someone who knows that anti fugal cream can not damage your face if you intend to try it. im guessing there is a nasal spray that would be anti fungal but i have yet to find it.
i get sinuses restricted often. the nasal sprays the doctors insist on(with cort) for this made it worse.
1% hydrocortizone cream offers temporary relief but the return is imminent.
washing with dandruff shampoo aimed at yeasty dandruff infections worked but had to go through increased redness and burning before it subsided. not very comfortable.
i did do one other thing at the time to treat possible fungal infection in nasal passages but will not disclose product type because this was not its recommended use and my relating this could lead to possible dangerous misuse of it. my nasal passages cleared and i could breath easily through them, which i've not done for years, but they were sensitive.
interestingly i reduced my intake of dairy some years ago because of stomach pains but this had no affect on my embarrassingly red burning face.
if anyone can tell me about a legit anti fungal nasal spray, please do.
