Mri showed at c5-6 the disk is degenerated and there is combination bony bar defect and large left paracentral disk protrusion that narrows the spinal canal to 8mm flattens the left side of the cord and displaces the cord slightly to the right with mild left foraminal stenosis.

C6-7 degenated disk with combination bony bar defect and disk bulge with spinal canal 10mm

t11-12 there is a degenerated disk with large left parpcentral broad base disk protrusion causing spinal stenosis and both rotating and displacing spinal cord to the right with mild spinal stenosis

l1-2 mild disc bulge neural foramina are widely patent

l-5 disk bulge and anterior spurring at l-5s1
