You should probally get medical attention, I cant tell you what you have, when you have a stroke, you zone out, you might be at risk for a hert attack, you should take a couple of asprin, it helps your heart and maybe the pain in your arms will go away, maybe theres not enough blood getting to your arms.

I thought it could be my heart because my heart always gets a pinched feeling in it and some times in the middle of the night I get sharp heart pains.I keep telling myself its just gas pains though.
Now when I try to grip something with both hands I am so weak and I cant even control my arms it feels like they are paralyzed 35%

They told me when I had my heart attack that heart problems can cause lack of strength to your extremities.

It could also be from damage to your spine, or neck

i think you should get to a .Dr right away.

Good luck let us know!!
