"i Was There Once & I'm There Now"
Of course u should go to the doctor, u could have gastro-intestinal problems. I had the same problem in the middle 80's & the ulcer in my case is a peptic ulcer says my doctor. This is a very important matter that u should address immediately. Some ot the test that they do on u trying to find out where the problem is not any fun at all, I was just embarassed. But I had to let them do what they had to do. My diet has changed trememdously. It took me a very long time to get to this point in my life. I've suffered enough pain for quite a few people, so when I see or hear someone suffering, of course I would be glad to help them out if I can. My son now is 22, but when he was 15, he didn't take my advice on what he ate at school, this particular week he was in pain & he said it felt like he had to make a bm, but he couldn't. He said it hurted to bad, so I question him about what he ate that week, of course he told me he had pizza for lunch everyday. I reminded him of what I told him which was to at least get a salad & eat more vegetables & take his vitamins, my son was just hard headed. I told him that, if he was going to eat pizza everyday, that his bowels would get locked up. I think he had a small ulcer to. My son, q'be for short said he thought he was getting ready to die, I took hime to the pcp & he immediately sent my son to the hospital, i'm asking what's going on & wasn't hearing nothing from anyone. I was presistant & they said that the pcp said he had an appendicitis, but he doesn''t , his bowels are locked, I said that's all. He hasn't had anymore problems since. By not listening to his mother he suffered great pain. We went to the pharmacist @ picked up some laxative. After about a week he was bake to normal & he started eating more fruits & vegetables. Hopefully you won't be like my son. If it is an ulcer u need to stay away from corn, citrus fruit or juices, tomatoes, strawberries (seeds). Any type of food that aggravates your stomach, no fried foods at all, no mustard, ketchup, no alcohol, because it will make the ulcer much worst, no alcoholic drinks at all, not even medicines with alcohol in it. Myfavorite alcoholic drinks were, pina colada daquiri, covesiur, & remy. I haven't had any at all in 2-1/2 yrs. My body right now is more important, so that's why i'm sharing this with you. Have u ever heard this saying: "u r what u eat", it is so true. I don't eat out anymore I cook my own food, because I can't eat table salt, no black pepper, hot sauce, hotpepper, I told my doctor (ent) if I take the salt away from my diet, i'll be eating rabbit food. I have to go now but I wish you lots o luck & bye, bye.
