Ok, do a lot of people believe that sex before marriage is a bad idea, and could possibly lead to a greater risk of divorce if the couple were ever to get married?? I have had sex before, and I am somewhat afraid of after hearing of these facts..Also, it kinda scares me when you hear about how sinful and all this stuff it is! Ne comments would be great, thanks

People abstain from having sex before marriage sometimes because of religious beleifs - thats where that whole sinful thing would come in - or just because they want to wait until they've found someone that they believe they will be with for the rest of their lives so its special to them. But as for it being a cause for divorce, no. In the end its just a personal choice and if you've already had sex then theres nothing you can do to take it back. However, if you're that worried about it you could stop having sex now until you are married.

I don't think having sex before marriage is a factor in divorce. Now, living together first has been shown to have a higher rate of divorce, particularly if you start living together without being sure that you want to get married. But I dont think sex has the same effect.

Heck, just look at jessica simpson. Miss pure still got divorced.
