Let Her Go? Or Keep Tryin....
Posted: 12-21-05 17:34pm

After a year of being broken up with my ex girlfriend, I finally realized I love her. While we were broken up, I was seeing someone else, and so was she. The relationship I had with my new girlfriend was good, but I always felt like something wasnt right or was missing. One night I met up with my ex, and we ended up having sex. It felt like that piece I was missing was her, and everything felt so right that night, and I knew I was in love with her. So I brokup with the girl I was with, so I could pursue things with my ex. She did the same with her boyfriend. We both wanted to be with each other again and I felt complete. Until the second time we had sex. Right after, she started crying, and said that it didnt feel right between us, and that although she wants to be with me, the feeling wasnt the same for her anymore. I felt like my heart was litterally ripped out of my chest. I dont know what to do anymore. We still talk on the phone but only as friends. It kills me whenever I talk to her, but when im not talking to her, she's all I can think about. I have never felt this way in my 22 years of life, and I dont know if I should keep talking to her, or if I should let her go. I keep telling myself that there is no hope for me and her, but my heart just wont let me let go. It's been about two weeks since this happened, and I havent talked about how I still feel. Should I just tell her I am still in love with her orjust brace myself for a couple of months of deppression with out her? Do you think she can get that feeling back? Is it time to move on?? My love for her is killing me.

thanks, but whenever I talk to her about it, it feels like im pushing her away more and more.... I guess the saying is tru, " if it's true love, and you let it go, it will come back to you..." I hope...

Keep trying sweetie, seriously it will all be worth it in the end!! Don't bother her all the time but every once in awhile wouldn't hurt. You could always write her a letter to explain your feelings. My ex is wanting to get back with me but it's going to take a little while for me to trust him again, so he is doing everything he can to get me back. Ya know it does get annoying sometimes but I know he loves me & I know I still have feelings for him. When the time is right we will get back together. Keep that in your head! Hope this helped, pm me if you need someone to talk to!

What i'd do..

I wouldnt waiste my time on someone whom I loved and they didnt love me back the same, a relationship takes 2 people and you cant have one unless the other person feels the same way.

It never works that way, ever.

You hav to let her go...I've been on the other side...Me and my ex were together and everything was right but I grew to realise I wasnt in love and things were not right...I know I broke his heart badly but what he did to help was distance himself from me...We hardly speak anymore and although that hurt me cause I still cared bout him so much as a friend I knew it was best for him...Now he is getting on with his life and is so much more happier...Sometimes you have to be cruel to yourself to be kind if you know what I mean being friends with someone you want is like rubbing salt in wounds

But your right pulling her close will make her push away...I did even though I didnt want to hurt him...Its like a reflex action or something
