Hi, i'm just trying to find out some answers about my 10 year old daughter to see if she has some type of epilepsy. If anyone has ever heard of any of these symptoms with epilepsy please let me know. All of a sudden her vision will get blurry, then she will feel dizzy. She closes her eyes and she feels like she is falling in a black tunnell. She is alert the whole time because i'm talking to her and holding her. She is constantley screaming not to let her fall. I tell her that I have her and she is not going any where. This only last for maybe 2-5 minutes. After it is over she is fine. She does not do this everyday. If any one has any input I would greatly appreciate any information. I know it has to be very scary for her. Her eyes do not roll back in her head. She does not shake, nor is her back arched. She just hold onto me until it is over.

As far as I can understand, you are trying to make your own diagnosis.
I suggest you leave this to the specialists.
As for the symptoms, they are described by your daughter who has a different perception and use of words than from an adult.
I can translate her words and find them similar with the symptoms of a simple partial epilepsy but I maybe far off the mark.
A neuro is trained to and probably has experience with understanding children with epilepsy.
