I'm 39 weeks prego and get these sharp pains below my belly button that makes me not be able to walk barely, but as soon as I make a bowel movement or release gas it somewhat goes away. Its very hard to do either of these at the time of the pain though. Is it just bloating and gas pains or could these be contractions?

I bet it is gas...I get this a lot as well.. I take tums religiously. It seems to make it go away, but most of the time I just have to pee and when I hold it the pains get worse and worse until I finally make myself use the restroom. Good luck=) you are almost done!
