Hello
i am 14, vitamens, and try to maintain
good diet plus im scared outa my pants.
It started last summer, when I went on a
vacation with my family.
I started to feel wierd stomach activity
with gurgling, lots of rumbling in my
stomach. I would wake up with sore upper
abdomal and constipation.
That continued for a while. I havnt had
diarrhoea for years now, and iv been
constipated for years now.
Its getting old, I now get constant cramps
and stomach at least once a week. During
the times that I do not have stomach
aches, its discomfort.
I went to the doctors and he said that I
need more fiber, wowza I get so much fiber
now and I hardly notice a difference.
When I have a bowl movement I feel presure
and than I go to the bathroom, take the
bm, and come out some what relived but
than later goes back to the upset
stomach/discomfort.
