Q: Junk Food Makes Me Lazy

I'm lucky ina way because I eat junk food and I don't put on weight. But I realise when I eat my favourite junk food...Chrisps I feel very lazy, and I have a trouble concentrating.

I was wondering what is it thats causing my laziness feeling after eating junk food?

Is it the fat, starch or what? (so I know what to avoid), and if theres a healthier alternative to snack on? (i'm willing to buy it if I have to)

B Vitamin Complex
Take some 30ml "beer yeast powder" mix with one mashed banana , add some milk.

Put the mashed banana in a bottle, put the "beer yeast powder" afterwards in the bottle, and and at last the milk.

Close the lid. Shake! Leave in fridge 21-23 o'clock in fridge, drink in morning.
Guess what! Almost no taste at all of the awful beer yeast taste.

You get the whole vitamin b complex.

Imho snacking is fine as long as it is snacking and not your entire days diet.
Eating some crisps and drinking some coke is not going to harm you as long as you eat a full and well balanced diet along with your snacking habits.

You should be eating meat, potatos and veggies and rice and other grains and lots more fruits and vegies and then some more meat and blah blah blah.

You know the story, there is no magic snack to help you concentrate, that is going to come from within yourself and if you have a legit concentration problem that can be diagnosed by your family doctor, you may be prescribed some medicine to help you concentrate. Not found in the vitamin books or on the streets of illicit drugs.

Good luck,
brian

I think your cells will burn energy more easily. More cells will react when you will try to move a body part ie. Leg,arm etc.

This is just my view.

Because its processed , chemicals, these chemicals in our foods are what harm our body slowly (cancer, etc etc), ie obesity. If you want to feel great and not lazy but still want to snack, go to a fruit shop and pick out your fav fruit, mines KiWI fruit, banana's, stawberries, there are many fruits that are mouth watering and infact will help you feel great, have lots of energy, and be alot more healthy.
