Is It a Sign? Posted: 12-19-03 09:47am
Hi everyone. I am 9 days late and have
tested twice, once at 2 days late and once
at 5 days late and both times I got a bfn.
My husband and I are not ttc as we have
two beautiful boys already but we would be
happy if I did get pregnant. I recently
got off bcp for reasons other than ttc.
I haven't really had any signs of
pregnancy except for fatigue and a little
nauseated sometimes, but no vomitting.
In my past two pregnancies, I didn't
really have many symptoms either. But
the past few days I noticed that my urine
is very yellow (sorry, tmi) and is
stronger smelling. It gets lighter as
the day goes on because I drink about 3
litres of water, but even with all the
water, it is noticeably more yellow than
before. I think I read somewhere that
this is also a sign of pregnancy. Has
this happened to any of you? I think I
will test again after christmas if I still
don't get af.

Have you had a normal period since you got
off the pill? I have heard that some
women won't have a period for a while when
they first stop taking the pill. I
stopped taking the pill in july. I had a
normal period in august, but since then
the longest period I have had has only
lasted two days. I'm assuming the reason
for this is because my hormones are trying
to get back to normal.
About your urine. My friend said that her
urine had a certain smell to it when she
was pregnant. But I am not really sure if
that is a sign.

Hi I just wanted to say im kind of in the
same boat as you.I am ttc.I am a week and
one day late ive done numerous tests and
they all say neg,but I dont feel "right"
and also I have noticed the same thing
about my urine taht is very yellow.Im so
confused.

When I was pregnant with my son, my home
pregnancy test came out negative. If
you're late and tests are coming up
negative, you could like you said wait and
take another one. Or you could go to the
Dr. But, yes I have heard that your urine
is darker when you're pregnant.

:? I am 21yrs old and I am 2-3 weeks
late. I took 2 pregnancy test and they
came back negative. Like 3-4 weeks ago I
started feeling tired, and nauseous. My
body feels strange and my abdomin feels
weird. I don't know whats going on. Has
any one gone through this?
