Hello,
i went to 4 doctors - 2 before it got swollen (one said it was an ingrow hair, th other didn't worry about it) - and 2 after it got swollen and a little painful.
The last 2 doctors told me it's an abscess.
It's ugly, it's in my groin area (inside of the leg) - it's probably due to an ingrown hair) the doc said there is no way to drain it yet (it would just bleed if they touch it - and no antibiotics) he said to put some heat on it as much as I can ... Well - my question is - will it ever go away?? Will it ever drain by itself?? I don't get it!! - will I have to go to the doc again and pay $125 (yeah, I dont have an insurance yet) to hear that they can not do much?
Any suggestion? Will it ever go away by itself? What should I do? Put heat and wait?
