Hi, new here,

my story is I am living with a lot of stress at the moment. Well, to be honest, I can't remember when I wasn't!

Briefly: my wife has suffered from post viral fatigue syndrome for 15 years next may.

I cannot work due to her not being able to cope on her own.

We have 2 sons, the youngest of which is autistic -17 years old.

Our oldest -22 has decided to emigrate to australia to be with his girlfriend he has known for 4 months!!

This will undoubtedly be the last christmas we spend with him for god knows how long, and on top of this, it appears he has to marry the girl within about 6 months of going there due to strict emigration laws!!

I am quite used to living with a lot of stress, but at the moment, this whole situation is driving us up the wall! This morning when I got up I found I felt as though I wasn't quite connecting mentally with the world, as though I was light-headed and off-set. Do you think this is stress overload? And what can I do do about it?

Please help... Anybody!

You need to realize that he is 22, but realize that you need to be there for him in a long distance way, it sounds like you need some me time. I am sorry that you must go through all of this, most men could not.
