Q: Alcohol & Atrial Fibrillation? Please Help

Hi, over the last 18 months, it would seem that I have developed a reaction to alcoholic beverages (it can be allergic or something like that). My symptoms are an arrhythmia (atrial fibrillation) for the next 2 or 3 days after y drink something with alcahol.

I drink one or two times per month, no more, and only two drinks or beers. With that is enough to get the arrhythmia.

Obviously, I do not drink any more, but I want to know what it is.

It happens with almost any type of alcohol.

Does someone knows or have heard something about this?

I've had the same problem the day or two after drinking. I usually have more than 2 drinks though. I posed my questions on this thread: http://ehealthforum.Com/health/topic47023. Html and people have been very helpful with suggestions. Good luck...
