Scared-herpes, Ebv, Aids, Etc...?

Hello, this is the first time I post on the web for this subject. I am a student in his final years of school. And have acquired many different symptoms since this semester has begun. I have not a clue to as how I could have acquired them, other then sharing water bottles, casual contact, etc…
my symptoms are skin bumps on tong. And the back part or taste buds of my tong is swollen and looks kind of whitish. I was spiting up mucus about 2 weeks ago I have unpredictable acne lately, which I am sure it not acne, I have whitish zits on my face and nose and can fell a hard bumps under my skin in some places. I have greasy silvery skin sometimes, zits with clear fluid crust overtimes and I use benzac acne cream to dry these things out including the whitish zits things but its doesn’t help to a great extent. My back and chest also has acquired a blister like lesion. Around the gland of my penis there are clear skin like clusters that do not go anyway. I am very scared. My symptoms vary from many graphical pictures I have seen online, but none are significant what I feel, I have been also tired. Muscle pain joint problems. The only thing that comes to mind is that a girl in one of my classes has had mono or ebv, but I also think she has something else but am to scared to ask here. Possible herpes, hpv, syphilis, aids, molluscum contagiosum, ect… I have not a clue to as of what this is; I am terrified because I have other maybe minor symptoms also. Like when I press against my lips I can see small white dots etc…
i guess I just have to wait tell the doctors appointment to no what I have. But I would defiantly would like other ideas what it could possible be. No matter how bad they are or even if there’s the smallest sign. Because I would like to no all possible things it could be to help diagnosis. And I apologize for the grammar and spelling. Thank you.
